Orders

How can I place an order?

You can order through the website at planteful.co.za or message Planteful on WhatsApp at 060 992 5151.

Collection

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection is available and can be arranged during checkout or by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Store

Do you have a physical store?

No. Planteful is currently an online store, with selected in-person market appearances.

Markets

Where can I find Planteful in person?

You can find us at the Vegan Goods Market, usually on the first Sunday of the month from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Lead time

How long does my order take?

Orders are freshly made, so please allow a lead time of 1 to 3 days. We’ll confirm timing where needed.

Events

Do you cater for events?

Yes. We offer catering for functions of different sizes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your date, guest count and food needs.

Wholesale

Do you supply wholesale orders?

Yes. Wholesale and bulk options are available for businesses and larger orders. Contact us to discuss what you need.

Sauces

Do your sauces contain preservatives?

No. We do not add preservatives to our sauces. They are freshly made and should be kept refrigerated.

Storage

How can I make sauces last longer?

  • Keep them refrigerated.
  • Use a clean, dry spoon each time.
  • Close lids tightly after every use.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, EFT payments once cleared, and cash for collection or market orders.

Security

How do I know a message is really from Planteful?

We will never send unsolicited links asking for personal information, payments or account access. If something looks suspicious, do not click it. Visit planteful.co.za directly or WhatsApp us to confirm.
