1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order via our website: www.planteful.co.za or via WhatsApp: 060 992 5151.

2. Can I collect my order?
Yes! Collection is available and can be arranged during checkout or via WhatsApp.

3. Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store only.

4. Where can I find Planteful products in person?

  • Vegan Good Market: Every month on the first Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • LA Farms, Green Point: A small selection of our products is available here.

5. How long does it take for my order to be ready?
Orders are freshly made with a lead time of 1 to 3 days.

6. Do you cater for events?
Yes! We offer catering for functions of all sizes. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

7. Do you supply wholesale orders?
Yes, we provide wholesale options for businesses and bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss.

8. Do your sauces contain preservatives?
No — we never add preservatives to our sauces. They are freshly made and must be kept in the fridge to stay fresh.

9. How can I make my sauces last longer?

  • Always keep them refrigerated.
  • Use a clean, dry spoon each time (never a dirty or wet one).
  • Close lids tightly after each use.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards (tap, insert, or swipe)
  • EFT payments (goods released only once funds have cleared)
  • Cash (on collection or at markets)
